CONSCIOUSLY DEVELOPING CULTURE

The Great Culture Check (GCC) is a tool for the targeted and structured development of corporate culture.

Culture emerges wherever people work together – consciously or unconsciously. The GCC makes these cultural patterns visible and supports you in actively shaping your organization.

The focus is on seven subcultures, each evaluated with 10 specific questions:
01  Feedback culture – how open and constructive is feedback given?
02  Culture of Error – how are mistakes and learning handled?
03  Culture of responsibility – how clear are the responsibility structures in the organization?
04  Personal development culture – how important is the personal development of its employees to the organization?
05  Conflict culture – how does the organization deal with tensions?
06  Culture of empathy – how present is compassion in our interactions?
07  Culture of mindfulness – how mindful is the organization of external changes and how important does the organization consider individual mindfulness?

The goal is to assess the maturity level of your organization in these areas, identify potential, and enable targeted development steps – data-driven, transparent, and practical.
